One of my favorite books regarding Strength Training and the Anatomy is: STRENGTH TRAINING ANATOMY by Frederic Delavier. a very nice illustration of the Muscles at work during training. Understanding the major & minor details, the execution of specific exercises. Every so often we may think to ourselves "You know, that didn't feel quite right" Regardless of the reason for the mistake, if your form is incorrect, you'll never work your muscles fully and never reach your potential.
