The Muscle & Fitness Transformation
I feel that at times "Less can be More" Many people are under the impression that more is better, however this is often not the case when trying to gain lean muscle, trying to find a balance between training with a high enough intensity to break down the muscle fibres without training so much that your body cannot recover from the training. It's fun to be at the GYM and your mind is telling you
"two hour workout!" But your muscle recovery and body says something else. Don't let your routine
get stagnant, use new information and idea's to help you improve your workouts keep it interesting
and Fun. Keeping your fitness goals, one workout at a time, patience and moderation are keys.
What about the Muscle & Fitness Picture? The tale of the tape was 145 in weight with 8.75% body Fat. Total pounds Lean muscle gained was 6.636. Lifting weights & lot's of Cardio! It was Fun but Crazy.
Basically I kept this very simple. Lifting weights 3 to 4 times a week (45 minutes) no more than an hour. Also the "Kitchen Fitness" with High protein & Low carbs but you do need good carbs for energy.
When doing Cardio it was every - other day 35 to 45 Minutes and had One Fun Food cheat day.

You should discuss getting fit with a health care professional / Trainer before you begin attempting to improve your fitness level on your own, particularly if you haven't been active in awhile.
